Best Premade Salad

I like the Caesar salad they have premade but this one is so good for easy meals. I buy the grilled chicken nuggets from members mark and add them for protein. It’s also a great price for the amount, if I add chicken I get about 4 meals out of one container. The only thing I’m not a big fan of is the amount of dressing, if you’re a dressing lover I recommend having a similar one on hand. Please make this a permanent item if possible, it’s good.

Good Salad With One Request

Good salad but I wish the toppings were in separate containers and not laid out on top of the salad greens. It's impossible to chop up the greens without getting the cheese mixed in as well. Please consider this as it would make things easier for those of us who want to chop up the greens.

Omg

This might be my new favorite salad of all time. Everything pairs so perfectly, you get crunch from the pistachios and granola, a chewy texture from the dried cherries, freshness from the greens and strawberries, and then a nice zing from the sour goat cheese and acidic red wine vinaigrette. Just absolutely perfect. I don't usually like goat cheese, but it works so well in this. The only gripe I have with this, is the salad itself is a bit soggy (I purchased yesterday and am eating it today) but it's not wilted at all and tastes fresh. Just a bit soggy from sitting in the container. Love love love this salad.

ehhh...

this salad kind of gave me the ick. I'm not a huge fan of the flavor of goat cheese. the dressing looks like shampoo. i was not prepared for the light color. the granola isn't something I'd put in salad. But everything was fresh, and the salad is massive for the price. just needs some grilled chicken, perhaps.

Quality Issues???

This is a great tasting salad when the ingredients are fresh!! The reason for the 3 star is the variation in quality and freshness depending on which club you purchase from. My primary club the salad looks just like the picture in the quantities shown (very generous). The taste is excellent due to the freshness of everything. Purchased from another club, the quantities of strawberries are about half of what is shown. The raspberries were also about half and all stuck together and the spinach was a bit old and stale. The nuts (pistachios?) were almost non existent. When counted, there approximately about 8. Tried yet another club and the same thing. Slightly better, but no where near the quantities and freshness of my primary club. Not sure who are making these, but they seem to be made in house(?). Sam's club needs to get control of the quality and standardize a single process so all salads regardless of location look, taste, quantities of ingredients, and freshness are roughly the same.

not worth wasting $$

The salad was alright. I am not impressed but maybe I am biased. the dressing, red wine vinegarette I did not prefer and it did not feel like it coated the salad like the lemon poppyseed dressing from the spinach salad version. The salad had little flavor and just felt like I was munching on greens with a strawberry here and there in vinegar. not a fan after loving the spinach blueberry salad. I would much rather buy the spinach, blueberry, walnuts, feta salad with lemon poppyseed dressing over this one. This is not it.

gross cherries

The cherries in this salad are gross. I wish you had kept the other salads with blueberries. I love cherries, but not these. Also, why have a salad with cherries and strawberries. It doesn’t go well together.

Love Love Love this salad

Absolutely love this salad. Added some rotisserie chicken to it and it's my new favorite lunch salad. You won't be disappointed purchasing this salad.

The salad is wonderful! All the ingredients blended together taste sweet and tart absolutely scrumptious! In fact my non salad eating spouse ate it and admitted he liked it. I do have two suggestions. First, the plastic comtainer lid should be securely closed with tape. I have lost multiple salads due to someone assuming it was at least completely snapped only to learn never assume and my salad spills all over the floor. Second, the pistachios would be better served in cups like the granola. My salad was delivered yesterday and I served it today and the pistachios were mushy and soggy. They tasted fine but their texture reminded me of a boiled peanut. Nevertheless I will buy it again and I'd recommend it highly!

Very fresh and tasty salas

This salad was sooooo so good. So happy for the different option as my kids are allergic to pecan/walnut but not pistachio. Only one kid couldn't eat it. Hoping they out the nuts in a separate container for those who have families allergic to diff nuts so we can control the nuts in everyone's salad. It is such a good salad!
