The 2-pack cooling pillows arrived in a vacuum seal package. It takes a while to became puffy. The cover for the pillow feels cool when you on it. However the stuffings are not evenly spread out.

Nothing cool about these except the blue color. Poorly filled, not supportive and heat up quickly. I love Members Mark products but this one failed me.

Good cooling pillows would like them a bit cooler

Doesn't hold shape after a week. Flat and lumpy. Don't waste your time or money.

Two of us found there was no cooling effect at all. In fact, these pillows are hot.

It feels cool but is very soft pillow i like medium to firm.

The pillows themselves are Great it's our pillow covers due to they keep wanting to slip off.
