I can only assume that the 5 star reviews were from free products. These pillows are terrible and if it wasn’t such a long drive back to the store I would’ve re to bring them.

Waste of money

Not a real pillow just fluff stuffed in it. The zipper cases are impossible to open to put the fluff stuck in them back inside. One of my pillows is actually stuck open about an inch. Having to put a pillow case on it defeats the purpose.

Zippers suck

I love the members mark pillows so much and am so glad they came out with a cooling version. These are very comforting!

These pillows ARE NOT it! They are flat and provide no support. Also, they do not feel cool at all. What a waste of anticipation!!!

While nice and fluffy, they are not cool for me at all. I get overheated at night and was suggested to grab these that they were great but I'm not convinced.

Not cool as advertised.

First pillow I could use wothout hurting my neck on first use. very cooling, I also have cooling pillow case. 5 star all the way.

Love these cooling pillows.   Stays cool through the night.
Helps with night sweats!   I will buy again.

Stays Cool!

I was excited to try this pillow as I’m at the age where staying cool at night means a better night of sleep. The two-pack arrived in a vacuum sealed bag. When I broke the seal, the pillows inflated and my excitement dwindled. They are VERY thick with a LOT of filling. The fabric is cool to the touch. I have no idea how long the cooling lasts as none of us (three different people in our house tried them) made it through the night using the pillow. If the stuffing was less, it may be a good pillow. As is, I do NOT recommend.

Too think for this neck

I’m really impressed with the Member’s Mark 2 Pack Cooling Pillow. The pillows have a nice color that looks clean and modern, and it feels cool to the touch, which is great for staying comfortable throughout the night. The size is just right. The pillows are not too big or too small and it provides excellent support. One thing I really like is that it doesn’t get flat when you lay on it, so it keeps its shape and comfort. It’s also machine washable, which makes it very easy to care for. Overall, it’s a comfortable, supportive, and cooling pillow that I would definitely recommend.
