I do wish that the immersion blender came with a storage bag of some sort because I am always misplacing attachments. This blender comes with a blending attachment as well as the whip attachment. I love the whip attachment for when I want to whip up heavy cream without using any muscle. The blending attachment works well for in pot blending, like when I am making a soup but wanted it to have a smoother mouth feel. This blender has two speeds which are changeable with a dial on the top of the blender. Because it is only two speeds I wish maybe there could have been a rocket switch but now I’m just being picky! Overall, a solid purchase with enough horsepower for the at-home chef.

An immersion blender is such a versatile kitchen appliance, granting you the ability to make perfectly blended sauces, soups, and purées, in any vessel. I love that this one also has the benefit of a whisk attachment, which adds even additional versatility and utility. The blender is sleek, attractive, powerful, and fits well into my kitchen repertoire. It produced whipped cream very quickly and effortlessly, and I anticipate using it in many blended soups this fall. I wholeheartedly recommend this product.

The handheld is easy to handle, lightweight and convenience. I use it to blend my yogurt with fruits every morning, no noise complain compare to the one I had before. Love it more when it came with the whisker for other kitchen tasks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vitamix Immersion Blender has been amazing so far! Once you open it up, you're pretty much ready to go! All you need to do is click in the attachment you want, plug it in and then turn it on. The instructions are clear and provided me with a lot of tips and some ideas for what to make! Both attachments worked quickly and achieved the consistency I was looking for. For noise and weight, it is very comparable to any other handheld mixer. The on and off button is very conveniently placed so you can easily stop. The cleaning instructions were straight forward and effective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a super handy tool to have in the kitchen. It has two attachments, the whisk and the immersion blender. They attach super quick and easy. The whisk is great for when I need to whip some ingredients together super fast for a dressing or sauce and there isn’t enough liquid to use the blender attachment. I just made some mushroom soup (pictured) and not only did the immersion blender work quickly and effortlessly but the final texture was absolutely perfect with no chunks left behind. There are two speed settings and while I was a little worried about that, the actual speeds are perfect and do the job of whatever I could need blended. The only thing that would make this more useful would be if it was cordless or had the option for it to be cordless. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with this vitamix immersion blender and definitely recommend.

It has a slower speed and high speed, which are the perfect amount for this. Cleaning couldn’t be any easier. I never knew I needed this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This things blends things in seconds! I’ve had this immersion blender for a while now, and wanted to put it through all of the proper tests. It’s done soups, sauces, mashed potatoes, baking, etc. and it did it all with no issues! I appreciate that you can control the speed with the knob on the blender and turn it on with just a simple switch. It’s quiet, while still pretty powerful! Being able to remove the separate attachments made the cleanup a breeze too!
