With the Vitamix immersion blender, I effortlessly transformed my butter chicken sauce into a smooth, velvety mixture, complete with onions and tomatoes. Previously, I had to precariously pour the hot liquid into the blender, blend in batches, dirty more bowls, and then return the sauce to the pot to reheat. This immersion blender has simplified my cooking process immensely. Cleanup was also very easy. I put soap and water into a large mason jar. Immersed blender. Turned on. Dried. Done.

It’s just simply perfect and made my life so easy. You don’t need to worry about noice, it’s very quiet. I use this blender everyday and multiple times in a day for hot or cold stuff. It works extremely well and very durable. My 13 years old daughter is also obsessed with it. It’s very powerful and perfect for any type of blending.

The noice was very quiet as I do have twin daughters and need anything that doesn’t make too much noise. Cleaning is very easy. It seems durable as all the components seem very sturdy

To test this device I decided to whisk some eggs and chefs kiss it whisked my eggs so fast on low mode and it's only way to want to stir up or blend majority of my foods now

I do wish that the immersion blender came with a storage bag of some sort because I am always misplacing attachments. This blender comes with a blending attachment as well as the whip attachment. I love the whip attachment for when I want to whip up heavy cream without using any muscle. The blending attachment works well for in pot blending, like when I am making a soup but wanted it to have a smoother mouth feel. This blender has two speeds which are changeable with a dial on the top of the blender. Because it is only two speeds I wish maybe there could have been a rocket switch but now I’m just being picky! Overall, a solid purchase with enough horsepower for the at-home chef.
