My 5yrs old grandsons can work this thing better than me. I am a 67 yrs old retired senior. My plan is to learn how to play the games in my spare time. There a lot of steps to setting up the Pro. There are parental, price and block out outside players guidance. The picture on the PS5 games provides excellent clarity, but not for most of the PS4 games. The sound from the TV is good and would be better with a sound bar. I don’t like the static sounds that come from the handheld controllers. I purchased the disk drive for the PS4 games. I think I don’t need it because there are plenty of games that can be downloaded from the menu. I noticed there isn’t a lot of educational games on the menu for my 5 yrs old grandson, but a lot of games with weapons, knives and guns. This is my first PS, so that is the best review I can provide right now.

I finally splurged on the Pro version and set it up in front of my 98 inch TV. The controller feels like a solid chunk of future tech, and the PS Portal syncs flawlessly, letting me stream my favorite titles to the couch without a hitch. As for quality, this thing feels like it was forged by a team of artisanal engineers who only use the finest titanium and unicorn hair. The build is sturdy, the fan is whisper-quiet (except when it decides to announce a boss fight with a gentle roar), and the HDMI cable that came with it is longer than my last relationship. I’ve been playing non-stop, and the console hasn’t missed a beat. The graphics are so advanced that my TV now has a permanent case of pixel envy, and the framerate is so high I’ve started to question whether I’m watching a game or a high-definition documentary about my own reflexes. If you’re looking for a gift, this Pro is the perfect blend of awe-inspiring performance and brag-worthy status. Just be prepared for the recipient to start demanding a larger TV, a better sound system, and perhaps a personal assistant to keep up with the visual feast. In short, this thing is a glorious, slightly pricey, gaming behemoth that turns every session into a cinematic event.

PlayStation 5 was a game changer when it first hit the market then they made the pro which in my opinion should have been the base ps5 from the jump but you know Sony loves to use cash grabs to consumers and game enthusiasts would recommend this console only downside no disc drive included even more hate towards Sony since they are going full digital 2028 yikes

Amazing console, despite Sony being far too greedy in every aspect of “PlayStation” it’s a very good console Fast loading times, stunning performance and visuals. Call Of Duty definitely has some hiccups but that’s like the most bloated game on earth so it gets a pass

This system is easy to set up, connect, and use. The gameplay is smooth and seamless with a decent internet connection. The variety of games available guarantees you won’t get bored. The graphics are near PC quality and you can play cross-platform with just about anybody, anywhere.

Was excited to finally get it and used it. Only issues I had was the box wasn’t the greatest. It was falling apart at the bottom so if I didn’t keep it in the bag and hold the box by the bottom everything would fell out of it. Other than that great and everything working perfectly

Had my PS5 for years and thought it was great. I was pleasantly surprised at just how much better the PS5 Pro was. Noticeable improvement in graphics and processing speed. The cost is prohibitive but if you can afford it worth the investment. One word of caution, do your research and make sure you have a display that can take full advantage of the power the Pro offers.

Upgraded before the next price hike comes. I’m upset I didn’t upgrade before the last one. Wasn’t sure I would have any need for it this year and could wait another year or so but that didn’t pan out.

Pretty decent games tbh I played a good amount of games for still feel like the daul sense dies to fast and the disk drive be loud but other than that solid ps5 my first one but keep disk around longer

Absolutely the best (console) gaming system ever. Love everything about the PS5 pro except for the price. Very much over-priced. You'll have to decide for yourself if the price is worth it but it is fun.
