These are absolutely sickeningly sweet. Every single time I’ve had one, I’ve been downright nauseous. I’ve had to cut them with about 80% water to make them remotely palatable and even that is incredibly sweet. They’re also quite viscous toward the bottom. If they had to make it that sweet to hide the protein, I really wish they just did a lower protein content and made them easier to drink.

These taste exactly like the old school 90s Blue Thunder workout drinks, which was my jam for years. I love the taste and so happy I found these. 30g of protein, 130 total calories, and less than 1g of carbs is almost too good to be true. Please keep stocking these.

I’m not a fan of milky protein shakes so I’ve tried every clear protein option. This has been the best so far. The flavor is great. There’s no chemical aftertaste. It is a little sweeter than most, but I like it. The sparkling part makes it feel like a soda. I can easily drink the whole can. The only negative is that it is slightly thick. I will gladly buy these again.

I love these!! And I was shocked to see it didn't have 5 stars! If you don't like fruit punch flavor then you obviously won't like these. The flavor is so good, sweet! If course its a bit on the thick side because this is a protein drink! I get tired of all the "milk" shake flavors and this is a great alternative when you're trying to add protein to your diet!! Ladies...we need more protein as we age!! Here is a marvelous way to add it! Love love love!!!!!!

I’ll finish the pack just to not waste them but it’s not something I will look forward to. They are extremely sweet and have a weird after taste. The consistency is odd as well. It’s like thickened sparkling water which is off putting for me. I’ll still to premieres or clean Simple eats with fair life skim

This is more of a question rather than a review ! I hope someone can answer this. So I know theres a blue raspberry lemonade flavor as well and I bought 3 packs and finished all of it and it's phenomenal but I'm debating if I should buy more of those or try out fruit punch. If anyone had tried both do you guys know which one y'all preferred ?

Bought this in hopes to add some protein to my day. The flavor is amazing with a rich, fruit punch taste however it’s sickening sweet for being “sugar-free”. I was hoping it would be sweetened a bit but also was thrown by the thickness of it for it looking like water. Will finish the case I bought but will not purchase again.

Saw this at my local club and picked up a case. Perimenopausal woman trying to hit her protein goals and sometimes I just can't look at another egg, chicken breast or cottage cheese bowl. I lightly tilt my can upside down and back up, give it a few seconds and pop the top. Not quite 'mixing it up' but at least giving it a fighting chance of not settling on the bottom. I've only drunk it straight from the can so I can't speak to the look, but the taste feels like a treat and iced cold it goes down so easy.

I wish I’d had the opportunity to try one before buying a case of 12… the flavor was good, BUT the consistency is literally a syrup, then add bubbles and it’s just gross. Tried pouring it over ice to dilute it down and make it colder, but it reacted with ice the way baking soda does with vinegar and it just bubbled over and went everywhere and wouldn’t stop. Because of the syrup texture it was also hard to clean up. It’s a hard no for me.

I’ve been eager to try these out after seeing them on an influencers social media account online and finally found them at my store. I was very pleased with how really good they taste. It’s nice to have a switch up from the normal protein shake flavors. It does have that protein aftertaste that you get with most if not all protein infused beverages but it’s not as bad as others I’ve personally had. It is sweet but it’s just perfect to me.
