It's super easy to assemble almost intuitive. The rice came out perfectly steamed and the texture was delicious. This is a pretty compact size that can fit in the smallest of kitchens. The color and design are modern. It includes a rice paddle and plastic measuring cup. There is a large push button in the center to open the lid. I can't wait to make more rice and grain dishes.

This one is amazing, first and most importantly, the rice comes out perfect every time and it’s so easy to clean. I love that it’s also able to cook quinoa, beans and oats in addition to all different kids of rice. This is now one of our most used kitchen appliances.

It had options to cook white rice, brown rice, oats, beans, etc. My rice also came out very fluffy and perfectly cooked! I love that there is a low carb option too.

I rinse my rice over 4x before cooking and it STILL caught over HALF a bowl of excess starch… let’s just say, the starch was escorted out peacefully lol. This reduces carbs by over 30% or more and that alone has my heart! Best of all, the rice was perfect, not mushy or slimy at all like my old rice cooker..RIP to that ol thing! can eat rice without the guilt spiral! That alone is a WIN! Bonus points: it’s not just a rice cooker, I’ve made beans, oatmeal and quinoa in it and EVERYTHING came out perfectly fluffy and cooked. As a type-1 diabetic I needed to see it to believe it. It comes with a little carb tray, that reduces carbs by 37%. When using the carb tray it looks like it's catching/removing some of the starchy water from the rice. Greenpan isn't simply a rice cooker, it can cook different grains, beans, and steel-cut oats. Steel-cut oats take a long time to make, and they can be tricky, but they have a lot of nutrients. So I bought some oats and tried it out. The results are wonderful. They taste so good. It's easy to use, with 10 different preset buttons, and cleaning it up is easy.

Rice has always been one dish that’s a little iffy for me, always coming out too hard or too mushy. This rice cooker makes it easy to get perfectly cooked rice! It’s quick and easy to set up and I love all of the features, especially the carb reducer feature. It’s also super easy to clean which makes after dinner clean up a breeze. It’s not too noisy and has worked well every time I’ve used it so far.

The delayed start option is perfect for busy days since I can set it ahead of time and have rice ready when we need it. The rice comes out soft and fluffy every time with no stickiness at all, and even the next day it’s still soft and good to eat. It also has a low carb option that I haven’t tried yet, but I like having it as an option. Perfect size, not too big and easy to store. Overall, it’s easy to use and works really well for our family.

You just add the right amounts of uncooked rice and water and the cooker does the rest, no worries of burning the bottom. I first used it to make brown rice and was very pleased with the texture and taste. It was the perfectly soft texture and not gummy at all. The best part is that you get to eat your rice with less carbs which is an absolute dream!

Overall, I’d give it 3 - 4 stars. I do like it, but it definitely comes with a learning curve. At first using it was frustrating. It took me several tries to figure out the right settings and ratios, I also experienced some leaking while getting used to it. I’m not sure if it’s just my specific cooker or how it’s made... Once I got the hang of using it, my white rice will come out fine- but it does take longer than my previous rice cooker. The capacity feels smaller than I expected. For my family of 5, I have to cook one and a half batches (sometimes two), which adds extra time and prep during lunch/ dinn...
