Fragrance is amazing!!

Frozen No Good Anymore

Haven't bought yet. But after reading the reviews I'm a little worried about buying it 😬! If you get it frozen it's no good anymore! After it thaws, it's no good it separates. It's a mess. Sounds like someone kept it on the truck or their vehicle to long! I have had mine frozen before. My laundry room was out on a sceen porch. I'd say they need to replace it for you.

Waited a week for what

Although the scent smells amazing, I received it frozen, a very clumpy texture. I cant even use it until it defrosts, and that’s if it dissolves properly.
