not sure if maybe I got one that wasn't finished processing, but it is very thick, almost pudding like. I had to add some of my Downy rinse to it to thin it out and didn't have enough to thin it out enough, It smells good but it's a mix of the softener and the rinse and still can't use it yet until I get more Downey Rinse to thin it out enough for the machine to process it.

Please know that we have many quality checks in place to make sure your product is in great condition for you. It sounds like your fabric softener may have thickened due to temperature changes. For best results, store it at room temperature. If it&#39;s too thick, mix a capful with warm water to thin it out. If it doesn&#39;t mix well, it may be past its shelf life. I would love to see this brand back on the shelves

I hope they return this one back for purchase because the fragrance is spectacular. I purchased 10 bottles but I know my stock will end unfortunately.
