Please know that we have many quality checks in place to make sure your product is in great condition for you. It sounds like your fabric softener may have thickened due to temperature changes. For best results, store it at room temperature. If it&#39;s too thick, mix a capful with warm water to thin it out. If it doesn&#39;t mix well, it may be past its shelf life. It must upsetting that the scent was missing in the after-smell on your clothes.<br /><br />We understand that scent on the clothes is personal preference, but this is not the type of experience we want you to go through. <br /><br />Incorrect dosage could be the cause of too little scent remaining after the wash.
