I ordered this for my son for Christmas it’s been in use for just three days and it keeps powering down . I’ve tried everything to fix the issue but I would like to swap it out for a new one.requesting a swap

What’s there to say other than “Finally!”. Only gripe is that it comes with only one controller and that they should definitely make a bundle with that choice.

I like that it's a disc console but dislike that everything with the disc cost much more. if I could do it again I would have just bought the digital version which saves you so much money on the same games via the PlayStation store.

i can even play some of my digtal ps3 games which wasnt able too on ps4 i love it and alot of online games so u already have abunch of games off the bat it worth it

After trying a PS5 Pro, it failing and shutting off too frequently. Almost every 1-3 hours. I replaced it with ps5 slim. Quality was not comparable. So I returned it

Ps5 the console itself is great, but the controllers are not that good, after 3, 4 months they start to behave, like pulling you to the right or left its either or. so that's the only CON as far as I'm concerned that's why I gave it a 4 star.

So glad we got the disk version! It's been a couple of weeks since we bought this system. Our internet has been out for a week and a half. We are still able to play offline AND watch dvds.

The only reason this isn’t getting 5 stars is because of my own personal biased as I am a pc gamer but I got this to play console games and have something to watch and play while laying in bed.

I bought it for my son, hes been wanting one for a while . It had a easy set up and very easy to play with some great graphics. I recommend you buy one.

the slim is fantastic in terms of price and benefit. I encourage you to purchase a gamer screen or a tv that supports all its properties and capabilities, like hdmi 2.1, 4k, refresh rate of at least of 120hz and rapid response rime of 1ms.
