This pillow lives up to its description. The cost is very economical. I would purchase it again.

Cool but too soft. Need it firmer

Meh. The cover feels nice and it is a good length but it is seriously under "stuffed". Kind of pointless as a pillow.

Nice and soft! And, cool to the touch. It also has a zipper so that you can remove the cover to wash.

sheds everywhere and flattened in the middle. poor quality. is cooling to the touch but i've woken up several times still hot and sweaty and am pretty sure it's just acting like a sponge at that point. grossssssss

Was good at first, but after washing and sanitizing filling separates right in half naturally not the best quality wise thought it was a good deal at the time.

This pillow doesn't hold its shape at all and as far being a "cooling" pillow it does the exact opposite. I've never had a pillow make me more hot while sleeping. Would not recommend.

Absolutely love this pillow - I am such a hot sleeper, literally wake up sweating and this has been a life saver. I bought the cooling throw first and now have bought multiple throws for myself and my daughter. Buying a second pillow now for my daughter too! Best thing for Texas summers!

I ordered it on July 23rd and it was supposed to be delivered on July 28th. FedEx told me that the label was created, but they never gave them my package to them. Talk to Sam's on July 30th and they won't give me a refund until July 31st because it could still be shipped. And they need to wait 2 business days without any movement on FedEx. I told the person it hasn't moved for 5 business days. Hopefully I will get my money back tomorrow.
