Can get either really ripe through really green. Wrapping the stems in cellophane will keep them longer.

These bananas are green but edible on purchase and turn brown very fast so be prepared to eat them quickly.

These are a little green but otherwise they're excellent after they have a chance to rotten a bit. And your can't beat the price!
