A HEALTHY BREAKFAST TREAT

I like to buy 2 bunches of bananas. When the skins are yellow, I slice, fast freeze, bag in a Ziploc freezer bag & store in the freezer. The FROZEN slices taste so delicious in my cold breakfast cereal with cinnamon, a little Stevia & berries. [Do not thaw the slices, then they are very mushy.]

Sam's Bananas Are My Weekly Staples

This fruit has been a mainstay ev. wk for yrs., good, long-lasting and lower priced. Supply probs hv made these iffy to count on wkly, but still a bargain when available. Extreme cold here has lowered the shelf-life and quality for several weeks, but expect that to stop w/warmer weather.

Yuck!

Thin batter and oily. This is not Mrs. Field’s recipe or cookies. Please don’t waste your money or time. Anyone could make a better batter than this. It’s so disappointing and they’re asking 9.99 a tub for it. No way. My family was excited, but when we baked. The cookies don’t rise at all. They spread out thin and have gobs of oil in the center and not a very good flavor. It all taste artificial.

No Difference In Brands With Bananas Anymore: (

Why I continue to buy bananas at Sam’s is beyond me. They’re always very green and turn very brown quickly once the ripening window begins. If you don’t plan perfectly, these end up in the freezer for flavoring and there are only so many things to use them for. I understand that bananas come from afar but there must be a way of having them taste like a real, flavorful and ripe banana for more than a day or two window without even more chemicals.

Top tier bananas

Here’s a lighthearted 5-star review for Sam's bananas: "⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Who knew bananas could be life-changing? Sam’s has somehow managed to source the crème de la crème of the banana world. These aren't just any bananas; these are the Beyoncé of bananas—perfectly ripe, perfectly yellow, and ready to brighten your day. I’ve tried bananas from other places, and let me tell you, they were the sad, mushy, and slightly bruised distant cousins of the majestic yellow beauties at Sam’s. These bananas are so good that I half expect them to come with their own theme song. Every morning, I peel back one of these golden wonders and feel like I’ve just won the fruit lottery. They’re sweet, firm, and just the right amount of tropical goodness. My morning smoothies have never been happier, and my kids are actually excited about fruit—no small feat, let me tell you. So if you're in the market for bananas that are basically the supermodels of the fruit aisle, look no further. Sam’s has got you covered. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have a banana to eat. 🍌" Enjoy your top-tier bananas!

Good bananas , buy them and freeze them for smooth

Another product that I put in my smoothies. I buy two bunches and peel them and individually wrap them in plastic wrap and then put them in a gallon ziplock, sometimes it takes two ziplocks. I take one at a time out if the freezer so I always have one for my smoothies. And my bananas never go bad any more ! Great price. If they are green when I buy them, I let them ripen before I freeze them.

Go bananas.

I can't say that Sam's bananas are the best because they all taste about the same to me. However, Sam's price is better than other stores. I do prefer a firm banana, still a little green. I don't like the brown spots that develop way too fast here in Florida. The organic bananas taste a little better to me. If you get the bananas while they're still firm, you can slice them in bite-size pieces and freeze them on a plastic cutting board. Once fully frozen, I dip one side of the banana slices in melted dark chocolate. After all slices are dipped, place back in the freezer. Perfect for snacking. After frozen, the banana slices can also be chopped up and added to ice cream or greek yogurt. Yum!

Would recommend to a friend.

We like getting our bananas from Sam's Club. We order through grocery pick-up. And we like that the order pickers pick out bunches of bananas that are green instead of yellow ones that we've received from other stores. They last a lot longer when we get them green. Thank you.

Too green

Eww. These were green green. We thought that would be ok and we’ll just wait until they yellow up a bit. They never did. They got this weird color and then looked like they were beaten. They weren’t too gross on the inside but definitely not good bananas

No Bananas at Sam’s club.

The banana purchase was a bust. First time ever buying it there. Got a partial bunch of 7 medium sized bananas ( not more than 2 lbs or less ) did a scan & go as a worker prompted me, assisted me with it. I had a two package charge - double of 3lbs price. I was telling her that this is only part of a bunch..probably needs to be weighed. So I paid for 6 lbs for 7 med sized ones. Was too much trouble to to take it back. Will never buy bananas there again.
