Must be cautious when buying these as they have the ripe organic bananas boxed under the regular banana price sign. And the regular bananas are all very green. I talked with other customers who hadn't noticed the difference and thus would be paying the surcharge ($.50) for the organic ones while thinking they were just purchasing ripe bananas. This has happened several times in the past couple months. Bananas themselves are just fine. A little too big for our preference, but taste is good

Fantastic Deal, unfortunately, for me they just turn brown to fast. They taste wonderful at just past the “green” stage, but I can’t eat that many bananas in one day. The next day they will have brown spots and are usually sweeter than I like. If you have people to share with though, this is a Fantastic Deal!

These bananas were just right! They arrived fresh, with a nice yellow color and just the right level of ripeness. Perfect for snacking, adding to cereal, or blending into smoothies. No bruises or overripeness—just good quality bananas. I’d definitely buy them again!

I personally am not a fan of bananas with black or brown spots at all. And that’s why I purchase. Them at sams club. Because fruit and vegetables are always perfect I know my purchases will always get eaten and can be used to prepare meals no waisting my hard earned money because it spoiled. Soon after purchase. I normally don't like the taste of bananas but for some reason I have been craving Sam's club bananas ever since I started buying them. I eat one every day and really enjoy the taste and the texture and their sweetness and it keeps me from eating junkie food that I don't need to be eating I feel better and healthier. if I didn't have the 3 lb of bananas I would go bonkers LOL 😁

I don't see the option to request green bananas without blemishes, so I only order bananas on the app when I am feeding a crowd the next day. Otherwise, I will be making banana bread and frozen banana bites to last us for the next 2 weeks. Not bad in the summertime, but when school is back in session, I don't want to be forced to triage overripe bananas!

Nice size bunch for a bargain price. Always arrive nearly ripe and are usually ready to use within 1 day, only once did I need to let ripen for 2 or 3 days. Wonderful flavor good for 3 days before needing refrigeration. When refrigerated the peel will turn dark but the fruit remains firm and delicious.

Great tasting bananas bc believe it or not bananas do not all taste the same. I get the smaller bunches bc they fit in my shoulder bag for a light carry snack. I get the larger sizes for me that I stick in the fridge for tasty cold snack. Any that I don’t eat before they get too overripe I peel then freeze for smoothies or banana bread loaves.

I like buying bananas from Sam’s because they are always nice and firm. I prefer to eat a banana while it is still firm, almost green. They last several days without getting too ripe. As bananas ripen, the sugar content rises. So a less ripe banana has fewer calories.
