Our family goes through bananas quickly. It is nice to be able to get a big bunch at Sam's because their quality is usually very good.

A couple of the bananas had cuts and had gotten nasty. (order was online so I couldn't see before purchase.)

The new brand of bananas is absolutely awful. They don't ripen but are soft and mushy. I've tried them several times and it's the same each time.

I will not have a pickup with produce. Whoever shopped for me did not take it into consideration of the bananas being so overly ripe!

Never had a problem with getting unusable bananas. No bad spots. Just the right amount of green to last all week. I use 2 a day for my smoothie.

Seems with bananas and pineapples they have switched over to Chiquita. Since that switch, there is a clear drop in quality in both products. They are not near as fresh as the Dole products have been in the past.

My local Sam's switched from Dole bananas to a brand I've never heard of before and their bananas are usually over ripe, black in the center of the banana and doesn't taste as good.

I was a bit apprehensive about ordering bananas by "click and pull", wondering how fresh the bananas would be. No need to worry after all. They were as fresh as if I had bought them at a fruit stand.

Purchased through pickup and received green bananas, which is fine because they normally ripen in a few days. They sat on our counter for 9 days and never ripened. Opened one and it was completely hard and disgusting. Had to trash.

3 days after purchase already turning brown. 2 had to be tossed as they were liquid in the lower half of peel. This is not the first time I've had this problem with Last few purchases.
