Always green which is perfect bcz they ripen so quickly and this slows the process. Remember placing near other fruits or vegetables will cause advance ripening

I had to either freeze them for use in pancakes, bread or cakes. I also fried them as they were green when I got them and as they ripened, they just turned brown never yellow.

They were very green when I bought them and I have no problem with that because it’s usually 2 to 3 days before I start to eat them and before my granddaughter gets over so I have no problem with that but once they arrive and they are very good

Yes, we have no bananas. Been doing curbside pickup.. getting just ripe (little green) bananas. Good flavor and they don't all get ripe at the same time. Thanks to the order pickers for getting just the way I like.
