[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My six year old loves her new Power Wheels Ford F-150 Raptor by Fischer Price. It's pretty powerful and you can adjust the speed to be slower which is what we did at first until she got use to driving it. Then we kicked up the speed. She drives it with a smile on always . Easy to start and turn. We have used it on the sidewalks , driveway and grass. Works great on all. It's perfect for her age of six!

Purchased this for our 7 year old grandson. Specs say 3-8 year old but would be more appropriate for 3-6 years old. Difficult to assemble based on the instructions. Over priced based on cheap plastic materials. Best suited for city kids on the sidewalk but not country boy on the farm. Does not go well in the grass. I would not recommend this product.

For the amount of money we paid for this thing I'm disappointed in the quality. The plastic feels cheaply made and most of the screw holes dont line up so it took awhile to put together. The battery doesnt stay charged for long anymore and the wires are coming out. We have only had it 5 months. The tailgate snapped off when he was riding around the yard and now cant be used.

The best toy ever... at first! My kiddo received this for his 2nd birthday, he absolutely loved it. Fast fowrad a year and a half later and he's literally driven the wheels off it. Three of the four wheels are cracked through and both gears are stripped. For as expensive as this is, the quality did not meet our expectations.

Had it for a few days and it is doing great. Grandson (3.5 year old) loves it and he has put stickers all over it to personalize it. Very easy assembly. Wheels were already on. The hard plastic tires have traction issues but overall I still gave it a 5 star rating at this time

It's size and appearance is impressive. Coupled with the trailer my grandson's smile never left his face. It took a couple hours to assemble, the windshield assembly the most annoying. I put that aside and continued with the assembly then came back to it. It should be one piece not requiring assembly. The one major drawback is there are no seat belts. My young granddaughter fell out while riding with my grandson who made a sharp left turn. I've jury rugged a bungee cord to act as a makeshift belt. Traction on the back wheels isn't that good. Going up certain hills the wheels just spun. It also deoesn't seem to have the power I would expect when traveling on grass or going uphills. The high speed setting, 4.5 miles makes it a little difficult for Grandpa to keep up, but he got bored on the lower setting which can be locked in. We purchased this vehicle with the matched trailer and saved about $50 which we put towards delivery. It's a huge box and may not fit in all SUVs so it was worth it. All in all it's an awesome vehicle which my grandson loves.

My grandsons love riding the Gator which is great. BUT when it comes time to charge the battery you have to take most of the front of it off just to charge the battery which is VERY time consuming. Also you have to hold the shifter in reverse while you are backing up and my 3 yr old does great with it but the two 2 year olds don't understand that you HAVE to hold it in reverse to back it up. I also feel like they could have done a better job with the tires.... they are hard plastic and have trouble with traction at times, If they had put some rubber on the tires I feel like that would have solved all of the "sit and spin" situations!!! I think they will out grow this one quicker than the John Deere Tractor models - there is not a lot of leg room in them. IF I only had one child then I would buy the Tractor model over the Gator model due to them out growing the toy so quickly.

A must have! The grandchildren ride it every day till the battery wears out. It was a gift and I'm so glad I purchased it. The three year old is a fantastic driver and now the two year old sister is too! It even goes camping with them. Everyone is happy!

The plastic wheels just spin on grass, concrete, gravel unless I walk along side my grand son and hold down on side of car to give drive wheel weight for traction. Not much fun doing it this way if you have remedy please let me know. I don't like when I have to try to figure out how to make it work right out of the box. You know it did cost me about $350 dollar be nice if it worked. Fred

My grandson loves it. The battery compartment is too small for the wiring and the battery...nearly impossible to close. The primitive rod that is used to hold the battery in will not fit due to all the excess wiring harness for the battery and the compartment being so small. The battery compartment itself is very difficult to get to under the front bumper for us old guys. I feel like it's overpriced.
