The chocolate flavor reminded me of every other shake but maybe a little watery. Packaging looks like all others. I love that it has 30g of protein and 10g of collagen peptides.

So I was excited to see that they are launching a line of protein shakes that also have collagen in them! The Vital Proteins Collagen & Protein Shake has an amazing 30g of protein and 10g of collagen packed in the 11oz shake. I’m amazed they were able to fit all of that in and keep it only 160 calories and 3 carbs. Is this a miracle shake?!?! The flavor is better than expected considering the nutritional content. The shake did have a light chocolatey flavor, but it did also have a slightly chalky taste to it. But I can get past that for the benefits in this shake. I know I’ll be buying these to drink daily going forward because I really need more protein in my life! Thank you Vital Proteins.

It comes in a 11fl oz reusable container, which make it easy to carry around. The flavor is close to chocolate milk but with a monk fruit sugar-like lingering sweetness with no bitter aftertaste. The texture are thick and creamy, but still pretty easy to go down. The drink is 11% floor and consists of 30g of protein and 10g of collagen peptides, which keep me full and give me enough nutrients and caloric intake to keep me going for the morning. So far, I find the drink can usually keep me full for at least 4-5 hours if I’m just working at my desk. On the downside, there is a noticeable taste of the typical protein drink flavor, which I’m not a fan of. Also, if the monk fruit-like lingering sweetness is not your thing, it may be less liked.

I love that it has 30 grams of protein (milk protein and collagen) and only 160 calories which is perfect for hitting my protein goals. The grab and go packaging is convenient and makes life way easier. Taste is just ok for me. It was not as rich as whey and a little too sweet. Texture is thin and fairly homogenous although there was a little undissolved collagen at the bottom. Overall, a solid drink but could taste a little better so 4/5 for me. I just wish the texture is a bit more creamy? If thag makes sense, it's a little runny for my liking, I want it chocolatier although the taste is not that bad.

It has no added sugar which is good especially for those who can't tolerate sweet drinks.
