Look forward to getting it, but it was a bear to assemble. The directions were all just pictures with no explanation, so you had to be fairly Adept to put it together. Luckily I am but it was a tough job. If possible I recommend you buy one already assembled. Nice thing about this is that it was already set up for natural gas so no converter required

The gas lines and ignition were set up incorrectly causing the igniting button to be hanging outside the grill. However this grill cooks extremely well. I am a retired restaurant operator of 45 years. I cook on my outdoor grill 7 days a week. Outstanding Value!!!

Seems like a decent grill. Got it assembled and discovered the advertisement indicates it’s both propane and NG, bit all that comes with it are the conversion nozzles. The NG hose, connectors and regulator have to be purchased separately. The picture in the add even sowed a NG hose.

Just got the grill and when i tried turning it on the gas is working, but you don't hear the clicking or see any flames. Having to light it manually we even replaced the battery and made sure everything was connected well. Definitely need this issue fixed

Two issues but first this was relatively easy to assemble. Took a couple hours and did it alone except for one part. Now the not as good. The left door doesn't hit the magnet so it wont stay closed and after two batteries the igniter is dead on arrival

For the most part the instructions were solid. Worst part was the ignitor. Took a lot of research to determine why it was clicking as soon as you put the battery in. Apparently when we installed the side burner we didn’t have it on exactly straight. Once we redid it the ignitor only sparked when you opened up a burner.

Had mine for 3 years loved it now everything has rusted out. Replaced heat trays burner tubes grease tray and now the back wall that holds the burner tubes is all rusted out. Looks great on the outside doesn’t last on the inside. Can’t replace back wall 👎

I love the safe firm gas control knobs, the grates are great! The side burnner is the best I've seen. I'm baffled by the poor assembly documentation the misses 2 steps and is heavily dependent on unique pictorial deciphering. The Styrofoam packing was crushed and very difficult to remove from inside the parts and components. The pieces fit together well inspite four pieces having bent sheet metal.

This is my second Nexgrill. High utility and functionality at a great price point for me.
