This thing really is deluxe, assembly instructions We're quite simple. Haven't had a chance to fire it up yet, but all the controls are smooth and easy to operate, and I love that it is duel fuel, as I have a natural gas line available on the patio. However, it did have a big paint chip on the top right out of the box.

Just replaced my old worn out 4 burner Nexgrill with this 6 burner Nexgrill. I scoured the grill landscape out there and found this one to have all the features I was looking for and then some in my price range. I particularly liked the multiple function griddle feature for smoking and smash burgers cooking. I've only used it for a week and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. It did take me longer to assemble it than I expected. I wished that the parts list descriptions found in the Owner's Guide were applied to the parts list in the Assembly Instructions for additional clarity and faster assembly, especially with 2 people. Niggling yes, but still a 5 star rating non-the-less.

ok, let's start with this. I am the griller of the household. I take a lot of pride in the grills I purchase. This one was a gift from my Sis %26 BIL. My husband put it together in about an hour by himself. I only helped to put the top on. Once it was done, I went out and looked at it. I honestly wasn't expecting what I saw. The grates are cast iron. They are heavy, and they will be a breeze to clean. The other grills I had were the enamel kind of stuff, I guess. They were annoying to clean. Now I only picked this one because the Memmber's Mark grill/griddle combo one was sold out when I was asked to pick one, so the removable griddle was a huge seller. Let me tell you, the weight and quality of the griddle system is AMAZING. It is not flimsy. It is very heavy. A good cast iron. So keep that in mind, the griddle system is heavy, so if you don't like lifting something very heavy to lift out and clean, then find another insert. I have not used it yet, but it is all ready for Memorial Day!!! Can't wait to use the griddle and the smoking option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this BBQ! It's big enough to fit a big family meal! The heat seems steady with good temperature control. It has a convenient side burner and I love the griddle! Just another great addition to my backyard! I only gave it 4 stars as it's a little hard to initially put together, but once it's ready to go, it's a great choice!

I LOVE this grill... everything about it is top-notch! BUT... a defective side burner igniter caused me to contact support. I meticulously described the part I needed. I waited patiently and upon its arrival was quite disappointed. It was nothing but a wire for the igniter. I'm now in the process of going through the entire operation again... hoping for a better result. But again, the grill is FANTASTIC!

When I purchased my “Natural “ gas grill I was under the impression that it was set up for Natural gas much to my surprise I had to get an adapter to make it natural gas, if I had known it had to be adapted I more than likely wouldn't have purchased it,, however I do like the grill and have used it a few times…

I Love almost everything about this grill! The 65" size with 5 gas controls and the extra side burner for putting on a pot to boil. The double doors and how the propane tank sits inside securely and unexposed to the elements. The ease of rolling it around my deck and the ability to lock the wheels. The only thing I don't like is that it takes awhile to preheat - when you put down the lid there's a 2" gap the whole width of the lid for heat to escape. It's not a missing part because we assembled it according to the manual. So the lower temp is only a problem if you're trying to get it up to 500*F to bake pizza inside. It can only maintain ambient temp of 325*F. while closed.

Rather simple to assemble however setting up the sea station seemed a little more of a challenge because of the tight fit for two of the screws and lack of written instructions.

I wanted to fall in love with this purchase. I researched and read the reviews. There were exceptionally more positive than negative reviews so I went ahead and purchased it for all the same reasons as everyone else. Used it for 3 consecutive weekend events. This weekend, making it the 4th use, I opened the grill to find pitted rust marks. Hopefully i can attach pics. See pictures if attached. Although disappointed, still love the grill. Guess Ill be looking into porcelain grates. Otherwise, arrived perfect, easy assembling, works great.

Had just about a year and have maybe grilled on it 12-15x.....two left ignitors no longer work and I have to light them manually to use all 4.....I am not pulling apart the entire grill to fix the wiring but what a disappointment.....I should have spend more and gotten the Weber.......would have not expected this just over a year into purchasing......very disappointing.......
