Disappointed. I've used it once just making burgers and had alot of flame Flare up. I was hoping it was more like an infrared and wanted to avoid flare-ups. Now I feel like I'm stuck with it!

I had little expectations going out to find a grill, that changed with this grill, all the possibilities with this grill will make the future fun. I’m really looking forward to a rotisserie turkey or chicken

Good looking grill. A little hard to assemble and the instructions are not the easiest to follow. One part was missing. The owner's guide is incomplete. The unit comes with a AA battery, but there is nothing to tell you where the battery goes.

New grill. One thing would have been nice if a grill cover was included. Had an issue with removing one of the door handle screws for installation. Was cross threaded when initially put in place my manufacturer.

The side burner seems beat up, almost feel like it’s open box even though I bought it new. Also on the inside some of the metal is bent out of shape.

Many parts bent and damaged in original box. I was able to fix most and assemble the grill. Cooks ok. You get what you pay for

Hard to.put together but I really love this BBQ I can spend weekends having a great time with family..

Easy to assemble..just watch the video. Missing the natural gas side searer burner conversion orifice.

I love this grill and super easy to convert it to natural gas from my house gas line. Great grill and even cooking service.
