Compared to the original, the leather note is a little lighter in this version, and the cedar note is just a tad stronger, but the floral notes comes through nicely (and sooner than in the original, I think). Id buy it again.

This was is a great scent. It has a wonderful sandalwood smell, and it last a long time. I think if you like sandalwood wood scents you should definitely give this one a try.

Great overall smell, the Wood definitely shines through. I'm actually wearing it today. Yesterday was Gourmand Patchouli, it's My Favorite of the 3 that I ordered.

The name does it justice because it smells exactly like wood. Not my preferred scent, but if you like how the forest smells I think this is the scent for you.

I LOVED my sample of Santal 33 and was bummed I couldn't afford a bottle. I got a bottle of woody sandalwood and am super impressed with how spot on it is! Will definitely re-order

I like Santal 33 and this does smell fairly similar. Sadly this one does not perform NEARLY as well. Give it 4 or 5 sprays and it's a skin scent before you put the bottle down :(

Some of the nozzles are sometimes difficult, for this scent...it stopped after my second time trying. I cant remember the scent..so I cant say much about it, sorry.

i haven't smelled the original le labo but this definitely smells upscale. it is extremely potent and one spray is almost too much. don't need to buy often because a little goes a long way.

I've heard that Santal 33 has a very pickle-like scent to some, but was hoping it wouldn't have that effect on me... disappointingly, all I got from this fragrance was dill pickle. However, if you like Santal 33 yourself, you'd probably like this!
