The bread is very good, the inside not so much. Way too much meat just doesn’t taste right. Would have loved if it was just pepperoni, cheese and sauce. The sausage is not great.

I was expecting so much more from these and I really wanted to love them but, meh. Crust is great, they are filling but the flavor just wasn't there for me.

Way too spicy! Why is my nose running, I’m sweating, and my GI is on fire? Also, where is the cheese? The bread is good and no one skimped on the pepperoni. If you love big wads of fiery pepperoni on bread then you will enjoy these.

Price is decent but overall very disappointed. Way too much dough, hardly any fillings, and way too dry. Makes the mouth feel an effort in chewing a bunch of sawdust unless you drown it in the marinara or ranch. Won't buy again.

I was a bit concerned about average rating of this product but decided to give them a chance and was pleasantly surprised. These calzones are great, it's a sit down pizzaria experience at home, lots of meat and crispy crust! I will buy them again.

I like calzones but these were not good. dough was sweet for some reason and the sauce was pretty sweet too. I wish these had been just pepperoni or supreme. won't buy again.

Mostly bread, and that bread tastes and has the texture of just very average, dry bread... not pizza dough. Oddly spicy, did not go over well with the kids. And I'm not sure what the after taste is, maybe bell peppers? These got put in the trash.

These were easy to cook and for the price you get four calzones. What I didn't like was the pepperoni. I thought it was too spicy but I'm not a fan of pepperoni so to you it may taste fine. I didn't look at the ingredients and thought it was just cheese and pepperoni but I see people talking about sausage. Mine didn't have any sausage in it or if it did, it was small enough to not be noticed. The sauce was more than enough for me but I don't drown food in sauce. I wish they had larger veggie pieces in them. I may try again if they do a veggie calzone with peppers, onions and mushrooms with cheese. But I won't buy the meat one again.

First bad/critical review of a Sam’s Club product. Simply very disappointing would be an understatement. 99% dough a virtually no stuffing inside. After the first one, we cut the remaining in half to inspect - shameful…. complete lack of filling, especially felt bad for the runt of the litter which had a quarter-sized lump of filling. Just sad…. this has to be the most overpriced item in Sam’s.

Good for a meal
