This cake was a family favorite during the holidays. It was so moist and just absolutely delicious that I would definitely recommend and plan to buy again.

I think I may have just gotten a bad cake. It tasted quite burnt, which was a letdown. I would have returned it, but I was traveling out of state the next day and didn't have the time. I've heard great things, so I'm sure it's usually tasty, but this particular one was a miss.

This is not the same Red Velvet cake from last year - 2024! That Red Velvet cake was much richer in flavor, taller (for some reason this cake even looks smaller) and there were chocolate decorations on top. Not sure what happened but please bring back the previous year's cake. Your cakes are what make you (Sam's Club) competitive with Cosco.

The cake looks beautiful and is really sweet, however, the distinctive taste associated with a cream cheese frosting was lacking and frankly, very disappointing.

every year my family buys the red velvet cake for christmas festivities and every year I look forward the delicious rich and moist cake that it used to be. we will no longer be purchasing seeing that they have changed the recipe. it is now a flavorless, dry brick. the icing also sucks compared to the previous cake. it is no longer a smooth cream cheese icing but a bland icing that falls off the cake in chunks. very disappointed and won't be repurchasing until they bring the old cake back.

This cake unfortunately was terrible. It was very dry. The frosting on her velvet cake should've been cream cheese. This was buttercream where he literally had to throw it away, cause nobody would eat it. After they tasted it.
