Moderate serving size. Good for a frozen meal and pretty filling. No prep needed but can add more chicken or other veggies if needed. Would like less sodium. Easy to heat, but lots of sodium is the sacrifice. I would buy again as a convenience meal.

I like Healthy Choice meals because they're convenient and easy to make. On nights when I don't feel like cooking but want a nice meal this is my go-to. Not only are they good for you, but they are also ready in minutes, and fill you up. I will noteHealthy Choice that I've had bariatric surgery, so the portion is perfect for me. However, before the surgery, I had a much larger appetite so one of these would not fill me up. If I was eating a Healthy Choice for dinner, I had to eat two servings to get full. Yet, like I said I had a much larger appetite back then, but it's something to think of if you're a big eater. Otherwise, this portion is just right. My only criticism is that Healthy Choice could use more seasoning and flavor in their meals. I assume it's kind of bland due to its purpose of being healthy, but I have to add at least salt and pepper to my meals to get some flavor in the mix. Yet, adding seasonings doesn't make the meal any more difficult to prepare and it's better for people who prefer their food without seasonings. This way everyone can customize their meals to their pleasure.

So I have been doing a lot of low carb and this seems to be my go to meal. The chicken and vegetables taste as if they were made on your own stovetop. The sauce is impeccable. Late in the evening after working all day this is a simple dinner that's healthy.

The meals from healthy choice are so easy to prepare! All you have to do is microwave them. They are so healthy (as said in the name), so affordable and so convenient to eat. On busy days I know I could bring this with me and easily prepare in the microwave and enjoy the delicious meal. The chicken actually tastes like chicken unlike some other frozen meals and the broccoli tastes so fresh. I highly recommend

i love healthy choice!! the only thing is, i wish that there was more chicken than broccoli, i am not a fan of my greens lol!! it is so easy to prepare and you just pop it in the microwave. i would recommend this as well as all of their other products

🍴SO FILLING🍴 This is probably the most filling frozen meal I've ever had, yet not too heavy. Other pastas with broccoli that I've tried have been watery with not enough pasta but these meals are perfectly balanced with a good amount of chicken too! Nice to grab and heat up to go. I gave this 4 stars as it is a bit pricey..

I am always looking for healthy lunch options! I have an intolerance to preservatives, and this frozen dinner meets the qualifications! The taste is great and it is the perfect portion. Not to mention, the price is on point! I definitely recommend this item to others!

These frozen meal was delicious! I have tried several frozen alfredo dinners and am usually let down. This dinner was packed full of flavor even though it's a healthier frozen entrée and the broccoli in it was a great mix. I will totally be buying this one again. Plus, my picky 15 year old loves it so that says something as well!

This is an amazing meal. I take it with me for lunch to school, it is so easy to prepare, it is healthy to eat. It is portable as well, you can heat it up and you'll have yourself a meal. It has all the protein from a regular meal. If you're going on a rush, it's super convenient.
