I had always been curious about why people add broccoli to alfredo now. It's just this weird norm now. And one that I FINALLY decided to try. Better on the side department, but the broccoli took away from the meal in my opinion. Once I plucked the remaining broccoli out, it was good. But I wouldn't recommend it if you JUST like a protein in your alfredo pasta.

This is one of the main meals in my life, as I work a lot. I bring it to work microwave it and it's 4 net carbs. I am a huge customer of this product and I am very finicky on food choices!. The sodium is a little higher than I would like it to be otherwise I would give it a 5. I used to buy the ingredients and prepare it and freeze my own version of this until I found it already done for me. Very satisfied. Some of the healthy choice meals have way more carbs and calories than I should have at a meal. But this meal is nearly perfect with a small side salad.

Low calorie, low carbohydrate, vegetables. The packaging is easy to deal with, the price is always right, and in a hurry or in a pinch? I always enjoy this meal. Recommended.

I've been eating the chicken and broccoli since it's been on the shelves and I have always loved it as the perfect go-to lunch. However, lately the broccoli has been stalk more than floret and some pieces inedible due to the hard fiber on the stalk. It feels like someone is cutting corners in this product and it is making me rethink future purchases.

I love fetichine alfredo but I Recently had weightloss surgery and cant have carbs so this is a great replacement for me. It gives me all the satisfaction with none of the guilt plus its lots of protein like I need. Its absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of sauce.

First, I thought the food was excellent. The broccoli was tender as was the chicken, and there was plenty of sauce (although it was a little too watery) The problem with this product is the packaging. You get a fairly thick plastic bowl on top of which sits a steamer basket made of the same plastic. I'm not sure if it is recyclable, but I don't have access to such facilities where I live, and it just seems to be very excessive. After I get through the other varieties of Simply Steamers I purchased, I won't be buying more. Very disappointing because it was a very good and healthy meal.

I was not a fan of this. I feel like it tasted very much like a frozen diet entree. The texture of the chicken was a little rubbery. It didn't keep me full for very long. The price is reasonable, and the taste is ok. However, I am not likely to purchase this again.
