Who doesn't love a good Alfredo, am I right? The cream, the cheeses-um, can you say delicious?! The only, and only one, problem I find with Alfredo is the exponentially high amount of calories. That is why I was so excited to discover Healthy Choice's Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo. To be completely honest, it does not have enough Alfredo in the dish for my taste, but if you are looking for a way to cut calories and still eat something yummy, this dish is the way to go! I would certainly recommend this Healthy Choice meal to anyone!

The chicken and broccoli combos are AMAZING! Just enough to fill you up, but not too heavy for mid-day. I love flavor and these pack quite a punch. I'd like to see these use less plastic, but the flavor and consistency of these is spot on. Definitely something I keep stocked in my freezer.

I had this steamer for the first time this week, and it has to be one of my favorites. I added some pepper and it was perfect. Filling and flavorful. I went to buy more today, and they were sold out. I guess I am not the only one that likes these. Bonus: Only 190 calories!!!

When I was younger this was my go to frozen meal. The flavor is timeless and it can agree with anyone's flavor pallet. I would love it if there was more sauce, but it works just as well without. I like this as a quick option since its lower in carbs, but it is a bland meal and not as full of flavor as Id enjoy. I eat this maybe one time every 2 months when Im in need of a quick and healthier frozen meal, but Id prefer to have more flavorful, low carb options. This meal is definitely a better choice since it isnt filled with cheap carbs as filler.

So I often buy the chicken and broccoli and it's very good. I love it, it's not like some of these other healthy meals that have no taste, the taste is yummy and it definitely feels you up, is a delicious meal, at least try it and see for yourself. I keep saying I'm gonna try some of the other dinners by Healthy Choice but every time I shop I seem to always buy this one because it is so good.

I can't even begin with healthy choice, all the options they have given for such a quick, easy, and especially tasteful meal is amazing. It's so easy to grab from the aisle and heat up especially when forgetting a lunch and or dinner at work. I have so many options for lunch and so many options for dinner. My personal favorite is the grilled chicken and broccoli alfredo.

I was perplexed as to what I would do for dinner on my new weight loss program, so these were a life saver! Until I can completely transform my fridge and pantry contents, this is a delicious convenience. Tonight I had it without mixing- in the Alfredo sauce in order to eat even more lean, and it was still delicious! I would love to know the nutrition info of just the Alfredo sauce so I can log/subtract the calorie saving.

This is an amazing meal. I take it with me for lunch to school, it is so easy to prepare, it is healthy to eat. It is portable as well, you can heat it up and you'll have yourself a meal. It has all the protein from a regular meal. If you're going on a rush, it's super convenient.
