I don't normally do frozen meals because of the salt content but this is a good choice for a quick lunch or dinner when you're short on time or just exhausted. I've only had this once or twice, but I definitely spiced it up a bit with pepper and red pepper flakes.

the best chicken and broccoli alfredo i have ever had. this is my favorite quick healthy meal. i would add more chicken and broccoli to the bowl. this is so fast to make, just put it in the microwave for 4 1/2 minutes and let it cook once it's done. i have purchased so many of these.

I buy healthy choice a lot. This one is not one of my favorites but I wanted a more healthy choice. I didn't give it 5 stars because it could have been more tasty. This one is easy to take out and put in oven. The broccoli was a little soggy but it tasted pretty. I would buy it again.

This Healthy Choice meal is Fantastic. I am on weight watchers and it is very low in points. It is so very tasty. And I love the steamers. Very quick and easy to prepare. Healthy Choice products are very tasty. I sometimes grab this for a quick late night meal.

I enjoy a good bowl of soup winter and summer. One favorite is Progresso chicken and broccoli Alfredo. It's light and full of flavor. The Alfredo adds a delicious taste with the chicken. It's easy to prepare and is a healthy meal. I recommend this soup!

I literally have zero cons about this product. I have been turning to them regularly for lunch since January of 2020 and i am down 38 pounds just by cutting out junk or fast food at lunch. This cooks evenly and fairly quick. It has always had tender veggies and chicken. With great taste. Highly recommend.

boy these remind me of grandmas classic hot dish broccoli cheese chicken. i remember the broccoli was smaller back then but we didn't complain. i remember there being more dark meat aswell but i might be remembering fazollis. anyway these were like those.

It's a classic. It's a standard taste on a classic meal. It's hard to mess it up. That being said I do still add my own spices to it to make it just perfect for my tastes. It's normally a go to for me when o don't want to dirty my kitchen by cooking.

Definitely good for a frozen meal, the broccoli is a little bland but for a quick and healthy meal it isn't bad. It definitely beats cooking a full meal when you're in a rush! You can't expect frozen meals to be 5* dining :) I'd definitely recommend.

I was honestly very surprised at how this meal turned out. The healthy Choice meals in general are satisfying. The steamer that they add to it really helps keep the vegetables fresh the protein or the starch. I enjoyed that and the sauce that they use is perfect for 1 person.
