This is great alternative for dieting mainly low calorie or high protein diets. I love the savory chicken and sauce was so good. The portion is great so you get full and satifaction. Very delicious. I would recommend this product for people who perfer healthy food choices.

My doctor suggested this brand of frozen meals, as part of a weight management program. I was pleasantly surprised with the freshness of the broccoli, and the fact that it was not just a bunch of stalk pieces, as with some other brands. Flavorful and a nice amount of food.

These little meals are seriously the absolute best! I could eat them everyday! They are tasty, not that bad for you, good in the calories department and easy to make! The easy to make is my favorite part! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for less calories!

this was really yummy but not very filling. the portion size is what it should be but isn’t something I am used to since i’m accustomed to fast food restaurants giving me giant portions. hopefully I can train my stomach to get fuller off of less so I can thoroughly enjoy these meals without having to make a snack right after

the best chicken and broccoli alfredo i have ever had. this is my favorite quick healthy meal. i would add more chicken and broccoli to the bowl. this is so fast to make, just put it in the microwave for 4 1/2 minutes and let it cook once it’s done. i have purchased so many of these.

Creamy Alfredo pasta with crunchy broccoli and moist chicken. If I want something rich for dinner but not heavy this is my go to. You still get the satisfaction of eating Alfredo but not the uncomfortable, over stuffed pain feeling when you eat things that are very heavy.

This one isn’t one of my favorites but it’s just okay. I find it too be lacking in flavor. I do however like the amount of protein it has and the low calories. It only takes 5 minutes to cook so if you’re short on time it’s great to have in the freezer.

I love the GRILLED CHICKEN & BROCCOLI ALFREDO steamer. As being someone who is trying to follow a low carb diet this is awesome! The Alfredo taste just as good as the sauce you would get in a restaurant. Also, the broccoli taste very fresh and the chicken has a normal texture, unlike some frozen meals.

Let me start off by saying the genius behind the steaming set up on how this heats up is fantastic. The chicken isn't chewy and flavorless. Texture and flavor is a big deal in frozen food and can be hit or miss, this hits. That being said the portion sizes seem rather small. I'm not sure if it's the bowl size or that it's so good I eat it too fast.

I take these to work for a quick lunch that is healthy and tastes great. Just pop in microwave to prepare and in a few minutes I’ve got a flavorful hot and healthy meal. Great to have on hand when a meeting pops up and can’t leave the office to have lunch. Saves me money too!
