I'll pick this meal if I'm in a bind and need something to eat. It's too bland for my taste. I'll add more seasoning to give it some taste. I'll even add cheese to it. I'd definitely pick something more exotic like the Tikka Masala. Like I said, not the worst quick meal.

I really like this brand, especially the steamers. The broccoli is cooked very well and doesn't get mushy like so other brands. I have purchased this brand in the past and continue to do so because they're a healthier alternative to some of the easy lunches!

For a quick meal it’s ok. The broccoli was actually crunchy but the flavor was a bit lacking and the portion is enough for a toddler at best. I know the whole point of these types of meals are for portion control but unless you’re 3 years old, you’re gonna need to supplement this with a salad or else you’ll be hitting the vending machines at 3pm.

It is one of my favorite...I've been purchasing this for years and I would highly recommend this to others...it is healthy and delicious and the kids love it...it always tastes fresh...the chicken and broccoli always tastes fresh...I would buy this again...

I have been eating this and the Pesto version everyday for lunch for a while. I agree, all of a sudden the sauce is just water and the chicken is more grizzle than chicken. I can't eat my lunch with out a paper towel to keep spitting bites out into. I am very disappointed as this was such an amazing low carb option but after this week, I do not think I would buy these again. They are too expensive to be spitting out half the meal.

I love me some alfredo chicken so when I saw this at the store I had to grab one and see if it was any good. Turns out it was! I did add a little extra seasoning of my own, but everything else was great! It was cheap, quick & easy to make, no clean up after eating. I'm in heaven.

I'm a huge chicken alfredo fan. I've tried many different brands many different kinds. Yes this one is healthy and it is good. But if you're having a serious craving for some good Alfredo this is not it. I totally would buy it again and it totally recommend it.

I started eating this about a year ago. Then when I opened it up the chicken was in beautiful slices just like the picture on the box. I thought then, I wonder how long this will last??? SURE ENOUGH the past about 3 months I've bought it, the chicken is bits and pieces, got gristle in it...yuk!!! PLEASE put it back the way it was or for me I will have to stop buying your product!! I would rather pay a bit more for quality.

Great quick fix! I buy these and they’re very quick and convenient for lunch time! I’m new to this brand but I am extremely excited to try more. They don’t make me feel bloated at all but they do fill me up. I did have to add some cheese and garlic salt but that’s just for my own personal taste.

The only issue I have with this (and it's so minor) is that the amount of food doesn't always justify the price, but that varies by grocery store. It's only 190 calories so I supplemented this with another low sodium frozen meal from lean cuisine and it was soooo good. I combined this with the pasta primavera for 450 cals. Delicious and very filling. the chicken is good quality and the sauce was just enough to cover everything. Highly recommend to fellow dieters.
