I take these to work for a quick lunch that is healthy and tastes great. Just pop in microwave to prepare and in a few minutes I’ve got a flavorful hot and healthy meal. Great to have on hand when a meeting pops up and can’t leave the office to have lunch. Saves me money too!

Creamy Alfredo pasta with crunchy broccoli and moist chicken. If I want something rich for dinner but not heavy this is my go to. You still get the satisfaction of eating Alfredo but not the uncomfortable, over stuffed pain feeling when you eat things that are very heavy.

So I have been doing a lot of low carb and this seems to be my go to meal. The chicken and vegetables taste as if they were made on your own stovetop. The sauce is impeccable. Late in the evening after working all day this is a simple dinner that's healthy.

This is an amazing meal. I take it with me for lunch to school, it is so easy to prepare, it is healthy to eat. It is portable as well, you can heat it up and you’ll have yourself a meal. It has all the protein from a regular meal. If you’re going on a rush, it’s super convenient.

The chicken and broccoli alfredo healthy choice meals are good. I like that the sauce is creamy and the chicken is good, though it could have more chicken but still good and they are pretty healthy, good for lunches. I would recommend them to others.

As a healthy choice microwavable dinner i would say this product is easy to prepare by just heating it up in the microwave. The broccoli in this dish taste very well steamed and fresh ! and the grilled chicken isn’t dry as you would except! as for the Alfredo sauce ... it does not taste as olive garden’s would but it could use more thickening and more flavoring into it if these changed were made i’d say this dish would change into a 5 star meal for me !

I love these! I work late nights and I always struggle with snacking. I usually make protein pasta before I leave for work to have when I get home, I heat these up and throw a portion of noodles in and I have a healthy protein packed meal for after my shift that’s actually good for me! They’re always on sale too

I purchased 4 of these on sale at stop & shop and was surprised at the taste, quality and price for healthy meals. I didn't eat this alot but when I did It always had fresh vegetables that didn't get soggy after heating and tender juicy chicken. The Alfredo sauce is thick which I like being I'm not a big fan of it. Long story short these recently have made their way back into my home now
