This is something I can throw in the microwave on a busy weeknight and not worry about. It's also great to bring for my lunches at work and I love the ease of it. The taste is good as well, maybe some extra salt and pepper but other then that it's spot on.

I was not a fan of this. I feel like it tasted very much like a frozen diet entree. The texture of the chicken was a little rubbery. It didn't keep me full for very long. The price is reasonable, and the taste is ok. However, I am not likely to purchase this again.

Let's be honest.... Most microwave meals aren't exactly "healthy".. However I would much rather have one of these in the fridge at work than go buy fast food. They're convenient, they're tasty, and they're attractively priced. I will continue to buy these for a fast meal!

This one and the chicken Marsala are my top 2 favorites, i am a broccoli lover and this one is so good, fresh, tasty, the sauce is not heavy, the taste is so on point, the chicken delicious, you'll always find one or two if this in my deep freezer.

I like healthy foods and frozen foods are quick and convenient so I would buy this again for a night when I don't feel like cooking I would buy this again. It's good enough for frozen healthy food which you can't always expect frozen foods to be the best anyway but it's good!

I definitely loved the broccoli and Alfredo together. It was very appetizing. The chicken was also great. I'd improve it with a bit more seasoning. It's a great value and I would recommend it for anyone that loves a good dish with chicken & broccoli.

This is great and super convenient for my lunches. Only 4g of carbs and 27g of protein! And REALLY good. This is my favorite of the Simply Steamers. And it's not like those other low carb frozen meals that I feel try way too hard to be “keto”, it is what it says. I guess that's why they're called “Simply Steamers” lol

This bowl has a really good taste. The chicken doesn't feel like rubber as it does in some other brands. I was very impressed with this product. There are many of this brand bowls that I enjoy. I am a picky eater and love that they have some that I can find that I enjoy. I keep them in my freezer at all times.

These little meals are seriously the absolute best! I could eat them everyday! They are tasty, not that bad for you, good in the calories department and easy to make! The easy to make is my favorite part! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for less calories!

Its a steamer bowl so pop it in the microwave and a few minutes later you have a meal ready to enjoy. I buy this all the time and highly recommend it!
