I travel for a living, and often find myself in a small apartment with a barely there kitchen. This is a go to for me, since the nutritional values align with my diet. Low calorie, low carbohydrate, vegetables. The packaging is easy to deal with, the price is always right, and in a hurry or in a pinch? I always enjoy this meal. Recommended.

This is something I can throw in the microwave on a busy weeknight and not worry about. It’s also great to bring for my lunches at work and I love the ease of it. The taste is good as well, maybe some extra salt and pepper but other then that it’s spot on.

The broccoli is very good and healthy for my son and I it it was fresh tasting I think I am a repeat customer with this product there's not really anything I would recommend to improve it the pros are That it is microwavable and easy for my son to make make and he can cook anytime he wants an absolutely loves broccoli. It is easy for the child with autism

Finally a frozen dinner that does not have noodles, potatoes, or rice! It just has the chicken, the broccoli, and the sauce. The sauce is light and pleasant tasting, not overwhelming, so if you wanted to add cheese or pepper or any other spice you could and this is a steamer so you could leave out the sauce if you wanted. The chicken tasted like real chicken, not a rubbery mass, and the broccoli was abundant. I would get this again.

Recently switched from a low carb diet to just watching calories and keeping carbs moderate. Stumbled on this in the freezer section, had it for dinner and all I can say is WOW! Low carb, low calorie, extremely flavorful. I will be stocking my freezer.

I love the GRILLED CHICKEN & BROCCOLI ALFREDO steamer. As being someone who is trying to follow a low carb diet this is awesome! The Alfredo taste just as good as the sauce you would get in a restaurant. Also, the broccoli taste very fresh and the chicken has a normal texture, unlike some frozen meals.

If I have a busy day and don't have time to cook, I reach in the freezer and grab a Healthy Choice Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo. It is fast, pre portioned and healthy so there is no guilt! super great for on the go food and something that you can throw into the microwave. The best part about it is that you get amazing flavor from it so it feels like a home cooked meal. for me the only con is that it does take a while to cook especially when you only get a 30 min lunch but its so worth it
