Im a foodie for sure so I'd always prefer fresh delicious food over freezer meals. Im also huge on texture, its JUST as important as taste. Even after being frozen and microwaved the texture still held up very well. It wasn't mushy and overly cooked which I appreciated.

So healthy and delicious! There is a perfect amount of sauce. I took this on the go at college, and it was fast plus easy to make. As long as you have a microwave nearby, this is a great meal when you want something quick. It might be too light of a meal for dinner, but it always makes a great lunch for me!

This is my go-to lunch, and I've been happy with it for over a year. The last couple of weeks, I've noticed an inordinate amount of stalks have been thrown in to the mix. It might be tolerable if these stalks were edible, but they're like chewing bamboo. I took a picture of today's lunch to show just how many stalks I'm talking about, but there doesn't appear to be a way to upload it on this platform. You'll have to take my word for it.

I never buy frozen meals, but this has become a go-to mainstay in my kitchen. It is delicious and, more importantly, low carb / low sugar and high protein. It would be great if the team could create more, similar dishes / increase availability (the pesto is always sold out so I've never had a chance to try it, and can be hard to find the alfredo).

i love healthy choice!! the only thing is, i wish that there was more chicken than broccoli, i am not a fan of my greens lol!! it is so easy to prepare and you just pop it in the microwave. i would recommend this as well as all of their other products

For all the calorie counters and all my dieter's this is a 170 calorie light dinner. It's actually quite feeling however it misses flavor. Quick and easy pop it into the microwave, cook, and enjoy. After one bite I tasted no flavor so I added garlic salt and pepper. Also, there's not hardly any sauce.

I love me some alfredo chicken so when I saw this at the store I had to grab one and see if it was any good. Turns out it was! I did add a little extra seasoning of my own, but everything else was great! It was cheap, quick & easy to make, no clean up after eating. I'm in heaven.

I really like this Healthy Choice option for lunches when I'm trying to be health conscious. The sodium content is a little high and it's not super filling, so you'll want to supplement it with a side or with some snacks throughout the day, but it's a good choice!

Definitely good for a frozen meal, the broccoli is a little bland but for a quick and healthy meal it isn’t bad. It definitely beats cooking a full meal when you’re in a rush! You can’t expect frozen meals to be 5* dining :) I’d definitely recommend.

I love alfredo so maybe I’m a little partial….but this is delicious! Everyone in the house will happily eat this meal, kids and husband! It is perfect to take to work for lunch. Lots of chicken and broccoli and plenty of sauce. Doesn’t take too long to cook and is the perfect portion, not too much and enough not to leave you still hungry after.
