Definitely good for a frozen meal, the broccoli is a little bland but for a quick and healthy meal it isn't bad. It definitely beats cooking a full meal when you're in a rush! You can't expect frozen meals to be 5* dining :) I'd definitely recommend.

Very good if you want a healthy, easy, portable version of one of your home cooked faves. I personally would have liked more Alfredo sauce BUT this is still a great choice for anyone who wants to start eating healthier without losing their fave tasty foods from home.

I travel alot for work so I'm always in a hotel. These come in very handy when I'm in remote areas with no access to a restaurant (or vehicle). I like them because they are the healthier choices of frozen food. It's not enough to fill me but I still enjoy them.

I'm usually not a fan of frozen food but this meal is The exception! Easy to follow instructions and the chicken actually tastes like fresh chicken and not “frozen”. Sauce is pretty good to but does need some seasoning. Price is affordable. Will be purchasing again. 

Taste was fine. Broccoli a little soggy but that is typical of many frozen meals. The sauce could be a little thicker but was flavorful. Chicken is pretty good for frozen. Easy to prepare, quick. Would like the trays to be an easier to recycle or even compost product but it is designed to prepare the product as well as possible.

This was a honestly a good way to add to my protein for the day maintaining low carbs! I've been eating the chicken and broccoli since it's been on the shelves and I have always loved it as the perfect go-to lunch. However, lately the broccoli has been stalk more than floret and some pieces inedible due to the hard fiber on the stalk. It feels like someone is cutting corners in this product and it is making me rethink future purchases.

Out of all the heathy choice frozen food, this one is my favorite!! It does not taste like it came out of a freezer by any means, but instead taste very fresh and flavorful. The chicken is tender as well which is hard with frozen food. It is perfect for a healthy meal while trying to lose weight.
