It's chicken and broccoli in some light alfredo sauce. It's really easy to make as well. Microwave the entire thing and simply flip the bowl of chicken and broccoli into the sauce below. You get a hot, healthy meal with very little calories. This has helped me cut down on calories in the past and lose some weight without feeling drained.

My family doctor and cardiologist both said No Salt after I was hospitalized. I don’t have any way to cook so I depend on these dinners. I’ve enjoyed the Simply Steamers because they are tasty and most of all low in sodium. Until recently this was one of my favorites. The dinner I ate was so salty I could barely eat it. It’s difficult when you are used to going without salt and then suddenly there’s more than you expected. Unfortunately I don’t have any reference because I don’t know what the salt content used to be so I can compare. I’m very sorry to have to cross this dinner off my list because there are only a few I like. Not the best when it comes to eating different foods. But I don’t want to take the chance that this might happen again. The meal itself is delicious and the light sauce is great. But until you are used to them they are almost bland which is why the salty taste was so shocking. Hopefully the other dinners I have aren’t like this one. I recommend this dinner BUT buyer beware!

this such an easy lunch to quick microwave and get full from. i love the taste, it tastes just like i made it fresh from home. the only problem i did find was the nutrition label. i watch my carbs and i am not to satisfied with the amount in this. otherwise, the taste AND price is favorited by me.

This is one of my favorite frozen meals! I love chicken and broccoli Alfredo. The chicken does not taste rubbery and the broccoli is not too soft. I would not give 5 stars because my homemade Alfredo is better but for the convenience of frozen, this meal is great

This is my favorite freezer meal. I am terrible at preparing lunches for myself so grabbing one of these from the freezer is so convenient. My teenager and 11 year old both like this kind also. The flavor isn't as rich or flavorful as I would like. But compared the other flavors this one is the best. The bowl it comes in makes it very simple to prepare.

In my opinion, the Healthy Choice Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo was good but kind of bland. The portion size was alright but it lacked any spices or seasonings. I was very satisfied with the nutritional value and like the company which is why I gave this product 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars. I'm not sure I would get it again though because it was so plain.

Simple ingredients that I'm basically always in the mood for. Easy peasy to make and clean up. I generally add salt, but that's mostly because my body craves salty goodness. Much fresher tasting than other comparable options, and I've tried every iteration.

I have never tried this before. It would have been good, but it did not have Alfredo sauce at all—just the chicken, noodles, and broccoli. I'll try it again and hope for better luck. It actually wasn't that bad even without the sauce, perfectly prepared and I liked the ease of preparation.

Taste was fine. Broccoli a little soggy but that is typical of many frozen meals. The sauce could be a little thicker but was flavorful. Chicken is pretty good for frozen. Easy to prepare, quick. Would like the trays to be an easier to recycle or even compost product but it is designed to prepare the product as well as possible.
