I don’t normally do frozen meals because of the salt content but this is a good choice for a quick lunch or dinner when you’re short on time or just exhausted. I’ve only had this once or twice, but I definitely spiced it up a bit with pepper and red pepper flakes.

When I was younger this was my go to frozen meal. The flavor is timeless and it can agree with anyone’s flavor pallet. I would love it if there was more sauce, but it works just as well without. boy these remind me of grandmas classic hot dish broccoli cheese chicken. i remember the broccoli was smaller back then but we didn’t complain. i remember there being more dark meat aswell but i might be remembering fazollis. anyway these were like those.

This frozen meal was very filling and delicious! It barely seems like you are eating a frozen meal and it was good quality. I have yet to find one of these that actually taste good. I also find they smell weird when cooking. I'll keep to making and freezing my own meals for lunch. Probably be cheaper to make yourself anyways. So it's a no for me. I'll keep trying around only because I like the convenience.

Another one I was disappointed in. I had to pick the chicken out because it looked artificial. I love the pasta and broccoli so I just picked out the rest. Easy to cook. Very affordable. Just wasn't my favorite. Would not buy again. Would not personally recommend.

I need lower carbs to keep my blood sugar in check. This is my go to freezer meal when I need something quick and easy for lunch. The flavor and texture is great. Plus, the sauce isn’t too bad, but I wish it was a bit thicker. Still not as thin as some brands I’ve tried.

I always purchase these Healthy Choice Simply Steamers and I'm highly impressed. I'm a huge broccoli fan and combined with the grilled chicken & sauce it's wonderful! I make these daily for lunch since it's just me. I will definitely keep purchasing for me and my family.

I think that these taste great, however I would love some sort of carb with it too. The first time I had it I was disappointed because I thought there was also pasta or rice (I didn’t read it close enough) so I was sad that there was only chicken and broccoli. The next time I made it I brought my own pasta or rice.

My family doctor and cardiologist both said No Salt after I was hospitalized. I don’t have any way to cook so I depend on these dinners. I’ve enjoyed the Simply Steamers because they are tasty and most of all low in sodium. Until recently this was one of my favorites. The dinner I ate was so salty I could barely eat it. It’s difficult when you are used to going without salt and then suddenly there’s more than you expected. Unfortunately I don’t have any reference because I don’t know what the salt content used to be so I can compare. I’m very sorry to have to cross this dinner off my list because there are only a few I like. Not the best when it comes to eating different foods. But I don’t want to take the chance that this might happen again. The meal itself is delicious and the light sauce is great. But until you are used to them they are almost bland which is why the salty taste was so shocking. Hopefully the other dinners I have aren’t like this one. I recommend this dinner BUT buyer beware!
