I am on a pre- bariatric surgery diet and this works for me!! It's a perfect portion it fills me up and tastes great!! I add just a pinch of cheese or a teaspoon of parmigiana cheese which I'm allowed to do and it makes it taste good!! I love these and will continue to buy them!!

This was one of my favorite of the Healthy Choice meals. It heated up very well, the chicken was very tender, and the broccoli was al dente. The sauce was very creamy and actually pretty good for a frozen, boxed meal. I was impressed. I just got tired of eating frozen meals after a while.

The grilled chicken and broccoli Alfredo Healthy Choice meal is absolutely perfect when you are watching your weight, or eating healthier. I am a strong alfredo pasta lover and this is a perfect amount and taste to please my craving without eating unhealthy.

I never buy frozen meals, but this has become a go-to mainstay in my kitchen. It is delicious and, more importantly, low carb / low sugar and high protein. It would be great if the team could create more, similar dishes / increase availability (the pesto is always sold out so I've never had a chance to try it, and can be hard to find the alfredo).

Need to lose the COVID 15 so I purchased this meal - not the same as I remembered from years past. The alfredo sauce was pretty tasteless - didn't get that punch of salty Parmesan taste even though there is 600 mg of sodium in the dish. Chicken - rubbery and bland.

I am always looking for healthy lunch options! I have an intolerance to preservatives, and this frozen dinner meets the qualifications! The taste is great and it is the perfect portion. Not to mention, the price is on point! I definitely recommend this item to others!

I like healthy choice meals for their value and relatively healthy meals. The vegetables always seem very fresh and as long as you get an emtree with smaller pieces of meat, they are very tender and juicy. You also know that you are eating a healthy portion.

It was good I eat it for. Lunch twice a week usually. It's got a delicious taste. It was priced lower then most "healthy" microwave meals which works for our budget. It was quick and easy to make. It didn't have a bunch of extra steps. I'm pleased with the flavor it could use something not sure what but it doesn't have that mmmm I can eat this constantly kick to it.

I love these! I work late nights and I always struggle with snacking. I usually make protein pasta before I leave for work to have when I get home, I heat these up and throw a portion of noodles in and I have a healthy protein packed meal for after my shift that's actually good for me! They're always on sale too

Love this meal! Such a quick and easy meal to take to work or even to pop in the microwave after a long day. I also love that it is healthy and gives all different flavors in one dish. Definitely recommend giving this a try if you love pasta and Alfredo!
