I was so excited for this icemaker, and it did not meet any of my expectations. It made a total of three ice balls and did not work after that. I will not be purchasing this item!

Very useful home ice maker. Solid ice cubes in very nice shapes. No water pipes are required. This makes it easy to install anywhere there is a power source.

Bought it 9 months ago. Thoughy it was the greatest thing until it stopped working. I even purvhased the 3 year warranty. It stopped a month ago. Made horrible sounds and electrical burning smell . Contacted warranty company and they want pictures descriptions of why its not working. I have to send it back and pay the postage. I dont have a box to put it in and basically if it is further damaged i. Shipping they wont reimburse me. What the heck! Very disgruntled. You would think they dont stand behind their products.

The product is built well and is aesthetically pleasing but the ice balls were small and not frozen through. Not good for Bourbon lovers!

This is a very good quality ice maker. It makes cute medium sized spheres and it’s perfect. I would recommend this product a lot!

it makes pucks, once it gets started, lots of them. pucks aren't for cocktails, they are for sipping.
