This product never has lived up to expectations… Hardly makes any ice cubes at all and when it does, they’re not full spheres.

it makes pucks, once it gets started, lots of them. pucks aren't for cocktails, they are for sipping.

The product is built well and is aesthetically pleasing but the ice balls were small and not frozen through. Not good for Bourbon lovers!

I was a little nervous paying this much for an icemaker. Most of mine only lasts 12 to 18 months due to heavy family usage.. scrolling through all the options I did not want bullet or nugget ice because of how fast they melt and turn my drink watery. So I took the plunge and took a chance on these new round sphere ice cubes. I am so glad I did. I fell asleep with our old ice in my glass and woke up the next morning with some of the ice still in there frozen. I will never go back. The only negatives are, I wish it had more water storage . It only makes two or three ice cubes per hour, but I can live with that considering how long they last.. I also wish the container for the ice held more than an average 10 ice cubes before it says it’s full and shuts off. Regardless of the little things, I am totally happy with this one and I’m looking forward to getting a second one because I’m an ice hog in our house and maybe my family should be allowed to have some too. LOL!

This is a difficult thing to find. You had it at a great price.
