This product never has lived up to expectations… Hardly makes any ice cubes at all and when it does, they’re not full spheres.

We really like this ice machine. Only thing different we would have liked would be to have a little light inside.

The product is built well and is aesthetically pleasing but the ice balls were small and not frozen through. Not good for Bourbon lovers!

Lasted one year four months. Was cleaned regularly. It was very noisy when compressor was running.

worked wonderfully the first eight months. then it died. lights quit and it just stopped making ice. cleaned it on a monthly basis. very disappointed.

It worked for about 2 months then completely stopped producing ice.

The taste of the ice is horrible. We even used filtered water . So far nothing has helped.

Once the ice is made it drops into a drawer and starts to melt, so you have to use it asap
