Only down side is the online documentation is very small when brought up on a phone, and resizing doesn't 'stick.'.

To be honest, the most recent update nailed it. The prior “problem” was cooking two items and having to create two cooking probes.

Great packaging really easy to follow all the instructions. Product looks great. Can't wait to try it.

I'm not able to connect the blue tooth out of the box. I tried the factory reset and follow the help instructions to no avail.

Product is nice and unboxing and warranty set up was a breeze. I think this thermometer is going to be awesome.

I just started eating meat and this has been such a great thing. Such a helpful tool thank you CHEF iQ.

I haven't used it yet. I wish it was simpler to just access the instructions. But so far I have nothing to complain about.

Of all unboxing experiences, this was the best. I hope the product works just as good as the unpacking experience.

Built of good quality. Have a friend that referred me to this product and watch him use it. Cooked the steaks we ate to perfection.

None of the numbers on the versions to select are noted on the product so just had to pick one. Not user friendly.
