Never had any idea how to find the model #. Why not have the QR code programmed to populate the field. I had two choices with no idea how to figure out the model. Didn't matter because the submission failed anyway. I got the message "DirectLink" is not a valid option

Wow...is the one word to describe these thermo probes. From unboxing to updating the firmware, to using them; the experience was premium. The pros are audible voice prompts, intuitive user interface on my mobile, quick charging, and good wireless performance. I have gone through four different probes and no amount of tech can make up for the wireless performance and accuracy of the temperature and these probes worked like champs. Highly recommend if you tired of fake reviews, spotty reception, and inaccurate temperature readings. (Used to smoke a turkey and prime rib and both came out perfect)

These wireless probes help me create and craft the finest smoked and grilled meats. My family and friends have ever seen. The accuracy of these thermometers is on point and it has never let me down highly recommend this product to anybody that's serious about cooking and grilling this is my third set. I am not technically astute; this is definitely a product that will help me with my steak cooking! However, I did need help from a younger generation person to help me set it up; once completed, our steaks were on the undercooked side; but I got the hang of it on the second try....so do NOT plan to use for the first time on your big dinner party.....test one time before....but very helpful if you are not a big steak cooker like me....I will definitely start buying more cuts of steak to test it out....

My father gave it to me saying that it was such a cool product and that would love it. He was right the product is really amazing, full of functionality and extremely user friendly. I had a smart thermometer but it doesn’t compare to this one! I totally recommend!!!!!!!!

I have had a set of these temperature probes for a little over a year. The probes only stay charged for a couple hours now. Initially they worked great, now I can't count on them for any longer cooking time; smoking. Support at IQ isn't responding.

My wife gave me a 2 probe model which I used on two ribeye steaks. Amazing, I was surprised on how it talked to you, based upon the info you provided concerning what you were cooking, told me to flip the steaks, when to remove and how to let them rest. Outcome, fantastic. I had been using a digital thermometer probe that you insert when need to verify your temperature but it was always off a few degrees. Eager to try again. Highly recommend.
