In order to register for a warranty, you need to list the model number, but an applicable model number isn’t listed anywhere on the box or in the app. I had to guess from the dropdown so if this product breaks, they may deny my warranty claim.

I've heard so much about this product from multiple sources ( boomer from his radio show, friends with the same product and ads) and it holds up to its reputation and more, very easy to use. Definitely will recommend to others

Liked the old design where plastic top pops off… the hinged design feels a little cheap. Also probes don't seem to match exactly in length but I could be wrong. Probe 2 looks longer

When registering, it gives the option for two IQ Sense, each have a different product number, but there is nothing on the packaging to determine which one it should be.

I should not have to search for more than a minute to find registration warranty information. I never found it so I will have to call IO Sense in tomorrow when they open

Box says it has five probes, but it only has two. The model number is difficult next to impossible to find.

For such a small device. Would have preferred more environmental friendly packaging. Other than that the tool looks sleek. Can't wait to use

I opened the packaging and set up was super easy and fast. I was kinda unsure how this was gonna play out.

I was able to use this right out of the box easily. It was intuitive and the learning curve was not steep.

Everything was easy almost self explanatory. Look forward to using these tomorrow. Tomahawk Ribeyes and St. Louis Ribs.????
