This product is crap! Worked for 6 months and quiet. What a waste of money !

Additionally, try resetting the ice maker by unplugging the unit for 3 to 4 hours. Fast and Easy to use

Makes ice extremely fast. Extra tank is a must. Wi-Fi connection and setup were very easy.
