Be prepared to assemble the chair. I recommend attaching the armrest to the seat pan prior to attaching the armrest to the backrest ( Assemble step 5 before assembling steps 3 and 4 in the instructions). Note: It is very difficult to align the armrest and seat pan screw holes when the armrests are attached to the backrest. The chair is comfortable in width; however, it is a bit short in seat length. A few more inches in seat pan length would significantly increase comfort.

The chair was fairly simple to put together. Instructions were great, no complaints there. I'm not super happy with the color of the chair. So far it functions as it's supposed to , and is fairly comfortable, aside from the fabric which is scratchy. Fabric color is also a little more yellow than you'd expect.

This chair is a great value. Requires assembly but instructions were clear and it took all of 20 minutes.

Saw the good reviews and decided to take a chance and I'm pretty satisfied with the quality. I have scoliosis, so the lumbar support is really nice to have. The arms are smaller than I would like and aren't very comfortable so I don't see myself pulling them down to use very often. Assembly took a little over 30 minutes and wasn't very difficult. This is a great chair to get you by until you can afford something bigger and better. Nothing crazy, but I'm happily surprised by the level of comfort.

I panicked a bit when I opened the box and saw too many pieces and screws (I had not assembled anything for years!), but fortunately the instructions were excellent and all of the pieces were there, including the only tool that was required. I took me one hour to assembly it. I love that the position of the lumbar support is adjustable.

Poor quality design, inserts pulled out of their sockets before the chair was fully assembled. I returned it for a refund.

I love the flip up arms. It is soft to sit on witch i love. Also love the reclining and rocking features.

Adjustable and comfortable office change with mesh backing. Love the padded arms for additional support. Rolls and spins easily.

The chair is very comfy. It rolls extremely well. It would be a great chair to sit in for long hours at a desk.
