I love EVERYTHING about this ramen. I only use 1/3 of the spice packet because it’s too hot for me. But, 1/3 is perfect. HOT, but enjoyable I also throw a beef bouillon cube in for more flavor. I just can’t go back to any of the previous ramens I ate! High quality , high flavor. Glad my grandson turned me on to this!!

I love these, I love spice! I have been eating these for years and have yet to be disappointed. If you are a spice lover as myself and can really handle the heat. Give this a try it will not disappoint! Be sure to follow directions and adjust at your leisure.

This comes with a spicy broth package and a tiny packet of dried vegetables. Its a tad spicy for those who dont like any heat. It says a package feeds 4. It feeds 2 servings. I typically add stuff to it (tofu, vegetables, ginger root, meat protein, etc...) to turn it into a meal I can divide up for lunch and dinner.

When you want some good spice in your life, just go for this nice noodle! I’m pregnant and I crave spicy food a lot, this give me exactly what I needed. I don’t add too much water so it can be spicy enough. And if the water is a bit much, I add dry pepper to it. Don’t copy me, I’m just crazy when it comes to spicy food, you might not be able to handle it. Lol. I just love it and my son also love it much as I do!

It has very nice complexity to its flavor and uses a lot of real ingredients considering this isn't the premium line of nongshim ramen flavours. Only thing I noticed is that it is a little more oily than the premium "black" nogshim shin beef ramen and it doesn't have any garlic slices in it like the premium does. (personally I fine the garlic slices a bit irksome anyways as they're often too intense in their garlic flavor when you get one in a spoonful of broth from the bottom .... which is where they tend to sit once thoroughly rehydrated no matter how much stirring you do)

Like Oriental noodles, low in sodium.
