The pros: texture is decent and not gritty, it has 20 grams of protein and many other beneficial nutrients, has many organic ingredients, and is nicely packaged. The cons: it doesn’t taste like Oreos at all and it doesn’t contain Oreo. While they did a decent job of getting the black and white coating and the layers in the bar, if this hadn’t been labeled as Oreos, I wouldn’t have known that’s what it was trying to be. It has a decent chocolatey taste though. The protein source is primarily soy, which could be a pro or con depending on what you like and your diet.

It didn’t taste like an Oreo to me but did have a good chocolate flavor. The texture was nice with the rice krisp crunch but it did still have a little grainy texture. The bar did not upset my stomach like some protein bars have so that is a big win. It is somewhat high in sugar. My kids loved it as well and kept asking for more bites!

Most protein bars have a chalky flavor texture while you’re chewing them this does not and it truly has Oreo flavor in it. These are amazing for her on the go on the trail or just to have on hand in case of any weather events. Definitely a product you would purchase repeatedly.

I appreciate that it is made with soy protein rather than whey as I prefer plant-based protein powders. I also like that it has 20g of protein and is pretty big. It definitely still has that slight protein bar aftertaste that most do, but overall it’s slightly crunchy, chocolatey, and reminiscent of oreos although not exactly the same taste.

Although it still has a bit of that it's definitely a better flavored bar than other brands. I would definitely purchase this in the future. The oreo taste is there but not super prominent. If you expect it to taste just like an oreo just know it won't.

I can tell the protein bar is a chocolate cookie flavor more than an Oreo flavor specifically. I love the nuggets of crunch in the Clif bar as well. It kept me satiated and was a great snack when I got home from work to hold me over until dinner. If I were in a caloric defecit and looking forward to something calorically feasible and Oreo flavored, I think I would be disappointed. I would have anticipated at least 30g of protein for 280 calories and would have been disappointed I didn’t taste the full Oreo flavor. If I were in a surplus, I think I would be okay with it, just disappointed that it wasn’t quite Oreo flavor.
