They did fill him up but they were messy to eat and the ingredients weren't the best. They taste like a typical protein bar, hard, dense, and like whey. There's something in it that throws it off i can't put my mind to it, it's not the Oreo but the over all taste i think it's the brown part that's just way too grainy. I really wanted to like it but the aftertaste throws me off. What I can say is it is filling because I did eat an entire bar to give this review.
