[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shout Stain removal spray worked great at removing dirt and stains from my kids shoes. I also had a stain on my dinning room rug that was hard to get out and this did the job! It's simple and affordable, I would absolutely recommend this product to any parents.

When I ordered this product, I did not realize that you had switched to the gel formula, which is double the price. I will not buy it again and hope that you will go back to the original spray formula that you carried before. I am buying Shout elsewhere, but would rather buy it through you. Please bring back the original Shout spray formula you carried before this version!

This version of Shout is a HORRIBLE deal for your money, the price is higher and you get half the amount as the old version. It's thicker, so it's harder to use on large areas and TERRIBLE to fill up the bottle, makes a huge mess! I cannot believe Sam's made this change. Go back to regular Shout!!!

I spent a lot of money in Sam's Club Especially on shout in laundry detergent. It's ridiculous how they went up on the price from $8.98 to $11.98 and then they made the amount smaller. It used to be 150 ounces. now it's 89 ounces total for both bottles? That's ridiculous. I'm really thinking about canceling my Sam's Club membership because a lot of of their stuff and a lot of things that they have been doing has really been making me mad. I pay $100 a year for a plus membership to save money. I can get that same price on that same amount at Walmart actually I can get cheaper at Walmart. Maybe even Winn-Dixie it's probably better for me to get. A membership at BJ's or some other place I spent thousands of dollars weekly at Sam's Club. This is ridiculous.

So this got more expensive and smaller. I didn't realize that this wasn't the ordinary Shout, it is the advanced gel stain remover. This spray bottle is usually more expensive than the regular Shout. So technically the price isn't that bad for the amount. Truthfully I am requesting the original Shout to make a comeback. The refill bottle on this new one is a hassle to pour into the spray bottle because its so thick and makes a mess everywhere. Bring back the regular Shout!

I LOVE shout. I will NEVER purchase it again from Sam's. Your company is such a rip off! I pay for prime membership, but you have increased prices SO MUCH %26 taken away the amount of the product, that is WRONG. To the person who wrote that they will now buy their Shout at Walmart, it's the same as buying it from Sam's. They are the SAME company.

For the people complaining about the "smaller size" packaging, IT IS NOT THE SAME PRODUCT. This is the gel, the other was just a spray. All of these reviews with 1 and 2 star need to be removed because the people can't even tell the difference and it's obvious just by looking at the front of the packaging. Good grief.

People! Write your review on the ACTUAL product... The manufacturer probably sets the size %26 price, not Sam's. Review Sam's on their site. This makes product reviews inaccurate! Shout works well on all fabrics and stains! I keep one in my closet by hamper so I can treat stains right away! 😊

I'm beyond frustrated. I was so upset about this new bottle that I filed a complaint with Shout, only to be told they didn't change the product, Sam's Club did. As a Technician, I know stains, and this GEL is a complete waste of money. It simply doesn't work the same.
