It is a great feature to be able to call someone, an expert, at Turbo Tax, who can help you out with most any problem or situation, for free!

The gilded preparation of the tax form makes it fairly easy to prepare the taxes you do have to read every thing.

Turbo Tax is nice, confusing at times, however my ability to call fo help is amazing and helpful. Thank you.

Horrible interface. Asking too many questions or just to press "Continue" over and over, entering same information. Unintuitive and buggy.

No customer service. Confusing. Complicated. Really could use improvements in the software design.

As long as you have all your documents in order, then just follow the screen prompts. It's easy to complete. Any one can do their own taxes!

Had problems downloading information from Edward Jones and made a couple of math errors when calculating gain/loss

Everything was straight forward and easy to understand, even thouh I didn't like some of the answers. I've been using TurboTax for over 18 yeas.

Overall, I think Turbo Tax is great. I have been using it for years. However, I do not like the new method of entering charitable donations.
